OURCHRIS On-Location Photography Policy

To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review our on-location photography policies below. By booking with OURCHRIS, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Deposit

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

2. Arrival & Setup Time

  • Our team will arrive 15-60 minutes before the scheduled start time for setup.

  • Please ensure the shooting area is clear and accessible upon our arrival.

3. Late Arrival Policy

  • If the client, product, or required personnel are more than 30 minutes late, additional charges may apply.

  • A late fee of $50 per 30 minutes may be charged to cover additional time and resources.

4. Additional Hourly Rate

  • Additional time beyond the scheduled session will be charged at $200 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot will result in a forfeited deposit.

  • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours' notice.

6. Travel Fees

  • Travel within 30 miles of Brea, CA is included.

  • Locations exceeding this distance may incur an additional travel fee based on mileage, tolls, and parking costs.

7. Product Readiness

  • All products must be prepared, cleaned, and ready for photography upon our arrival.

  • Unprepared items that require additional cleaning, assembly, or adjustments may result in additional fees or delays.

8. Image Delivery & Payment Terms

  • During the review process, clients will receive low-resolution, watermarked images for approval.

  • The high-resolution, watermark-free images will be released once full payment has been received.

  • Final edited images will be delivered within 5 business days unless otherwise discussed.

  • Rush editing services are available for an additional fee.

9. Weather Contingency

  • For outdoor shoots, weather conditions may require rescheduling. We will coordinate with you in advance if changes are necessary.

10. Equipment & Safety

  • Please ensure the workspace is safe and clear of potential hazards.

  • Any damage to our equipment caused by unsafe conditions may result in additional fees.
